Orders are shipped via UPS. Some items may also have additional hazardous-materials charges or oversize charges. Aerosol and hazardous items can only be shipped via Ground Shipping.
Any vaccine orders placed after Wednesday noon will not ship until Monday . Vaccines are packaged in a styrofoam cooler with ice packs.
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of the time they were placed . The product must be in stock and your customer information must be up-to-date & valid.
Orders will only be shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST or during the weekend will not ship until the following Monday.
When choosing 2nd Day Air or 3 Day select, please keep in mind that only business days are counted.
